Our CNC Lathes and Milling Centers are capable of high volume parts production with accuracy and precision rated at a Cpk of 1.33 or higher. Machines are designed to accommodate tolerances as low as + / - 0.0005. Trained operators produce consistent, high-quality parts and can document critical dimensions specifed by the Customer on Pre-Control Charts. All production raw materials come with certifications, and heat-treating operations are fully documented. Production documentation is available for customer review and kept on file for one year.

Measuring instrumentation is calibrated, according to schedule, by procedures traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. CNC equipment is maintained to ensure accurate and precise operation for short runs, or for continuous production of thousands of parts per week.
