SEAMER OPTIONS

Developmental Industries is the number one seamer manufacturer in the US. In 2003 Developmental Industries decided to offer more than just seamer sales. We are very excited about this choice and hope that we have a program that will fit your needs.

Option 1: Seamer Sales
We offer seamer sales for almost any type of mechanically seamed roof panel. Sales to builders are sold only at retail prices. Sales to manufacturers and lease companies in quantities of 10 tools, prepaid, receive a wholesale discount of 10%.

Option 2: Manufacturers Rental Program
This program gives the manufacturer control of its seamer program without the capital investment and headache of maintaining its fleet. Developmental Industries receives the order from the manufacturers Customer Service Representative and then ships the seamer direct to the builder. Developmental Industries never has direct contact with the builder unless requested by your Customer Service. The builder never knows of third party involvement. Developmental Industries will invoice the manufacturer at the end of each month for days of use. This is based on 5 days a week.

Option 3: Developmental Industries Rental Program
Developmental Industries works directly with builders on seamer rentals. The builder orders the seamer from Developmental Industries and we charge their credit card for rental fees. Rental fees are based on 5 days a week. .

Developmental Industries also has a line of hand crimpers and specialty tools available for purchase or rent to assist with panel installation.
